Shipping Internationally

International orders may incur customs or import duty fees.  You are responsible for payment of these charges. They differ depending on the country you are ordering from. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns & Refunds

Refund Protection: Duration for 7 Days After Goods Delivery.
Eligibility: Item Condition must be the same as received in the Original Packaging.
Refunds Process: Once Item is returned and inspected, an email confirmation will be sent out notifying you of approval or rejection.
Approval: funds will be reverted back in the same manner it was charged except for Cash. (UAE: Cash will be reverted back using "MEPAY").
Refund Disclaimer: Sale Items will not be eligible for Refunds.
Exchange Disclaimer:  Items can be exchanged for the same item if they goods are received undamaged.
